Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
Founding Bot is a product of Pumpkint LLC. These terms cover all of it, including our website, apps, command-line tools, and Founding Bot X. By using the service, you agree to them.
Your account and bots
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use Founding Bot. You are responsible for your account, your bots, and the content you send through them. Use the service lawfully and respect the rules of Telegram and any connected services. Do not use it to harm others or interfere with the service.
AI responses
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them, especially for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown in the Stripe billing portal until you cancel. If you start with a free trial, payment is due when it ends unless you cancel first. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Removing a bot cancels its subscription immediately. Plans include usage limits.
Founding Bot X
The coding agents Founding Bot X runs can read, change, and run things on your computers; review their work and keep backups. You are responsible for those computers and for following the terms of the AI providers you connect. Founding Bot X is proprietary software; see Legal for the third-party software it is built on.
Availability and changes
Founding Bot changes often, and any part of it may be experimental. We may change or remove features, suspend access when needed to protect the service, and update these terms. We will post the updated date here. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, without warranties. It depends on third-party platforms and may be interrupted or contain errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
