Privacy Policy

Founding Bot is a product of Pumpkint LLC. This policy covers all of it, including our website, apps, command-line tools, and Founding Bot X. It explains what information we use to provide the service.
Information we use
We use account details such as your name and email address; Telegram bot and user identifiers; messages and other content sent to your bot; subscription and usage records; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use and share it
We use this information to run your bots and Founding Bot X, process AI requests, manage your account and subscription, provide support, and protect the service. To do that, information is processed by service providers, including Telegram, AI model providers, hosting providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe for billing, and our email provider. Stripe handles payment details; we store customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Founding Bot X
Founding Bot X runs on computers you control. Your projects, conversations, and AI provider sign-ins are stored on those computers, and your requests go to the AI providers you choose, under their own terms. We receive only what is needed to deliver Founding Bot X. When you download it or use its web app, our hosting providers process basic technical information, such as your IP address and the links you open, including any prompt they contain.
Reaching your computers
When you sign in to Founding Bot X with your Founding Bot account to reach your computers from other devices, we keep details of the computers and devices you link, such as their names, addresses, and app versions. Traffic to your computers passes through Cloudflare, but we do not store it. Webhooks you give your agents pass through us to your computer and, if you choose, are held briefly while it is offline. To show your agents’ progress on your phone, we keep a summary of their activity, such as project and conversation titles and status, and deliver notifications through Apple and Google.
Retention and choices
We keep information while needed to provide the service, handle billing and support, and meet legal obligations. You can remove a bot at any time. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
